Nippy Pork Chop Platter


6 lean pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
Prepared mustard
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon fat, melted
1 can condensed chicken rice soup


Spread the pork chops with a thin coating of mustard. In a paper bag combine the flour, salt and pepper; shake chops in bag to coat with flour, then brown in melted fat in heavy skillet. Place the chops in baking dish; cover with soup. Cover; bake at 350-degrees for 40 minutes. Serves: 6.
